Scope of this Policy

In normal operation, primarily technical cookies are used, which are necessary for the AI module session and interface state; tracking cookies are not used in the current configuration.

Meta Pixel and other marketing tools
The project team has considered the use of Meta Pixel for advertising optimisation. Meta Pixel must not be loaded before user consent is obtained where its use involves the processing of personal data/identifiers for marketing purposes.
Prior to activating Meta Pixel, the following is required: update the technology table; specify the provider, purpose, data categories, and retention period; enable consent management; ensure opt-out capability; assess international transfers and the applicable mechanism under Georgian law.
Declining marketing cookies must not deprive the User of access to core functionality that does not depend on such technologies.
International Transfers
Connecting external analytics, Meta Pixel, Google-services and other third-party resources may result in international data transfers. For countries not included in the list of countries with adequate safeguards under Order No. 007 of 14.04.2026, a mechanism permitted by Article 37 of the Law of Georgia must be implemented prior to the transfer.
